Vintage round locket marked 14k with a nice hammered finish on the front, milgrain around the edge and an old European cut diamond in the center. The back is a smooth finish (except for a few baby teething marks) and it also has milgrain around the edge of the back, so from the side you see a double edge of milgrain. The bonus with the double milgrain edges is that it’s easier to open than most old lockets, even though it clicks closed securely. The inside of the locket has a beautiful engine turned finish on both sides. There’s a flower design built up in the gold around the back of the diamond. Just a nice little extra surprise inside!
